Damages

Return Eligibility:

• Item must have all original tags attached.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Terms of Return Process:

• Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
• Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
